Minority Enterprise East Midlands (MEEM) is a not-for-profit organisation representing ethnic minority businesses (EMBs) in the region. Established in 1999, our role is twofold: to advise providers of mainstream business support on ethnic minority business cultures and to encourage EMBs to develop by ensuring they receive the services they need.
We are supported by the East Midlands Development Agency and work in close partnership with the Government Office for the East Midlands, the regional Small Business Service, the Business Link network, banks and other financial institutions, colleges, universities and organisations committed to the prosperity and growth of our ethnic minority communities.
