Just Derbyshire is a local portal of companies who specialise in providing business to business products and services to the local community. We are NOT a telephone directory as we absolutely do not include any retail content to our membership. We request total interaction from our membership including local business matters and current affairs within the Derby and surrounding Derbyshire area.

We aim to be a one-stop resource of useful contact information along with news, views, reports and opinions. Lets say for example a person is about to launch a new business in Belper and needs a local accountant to manage their accounts along with a solicitor to draw up any legal documents and look over the lease agreement from a prospective landlord. Currently people would use either the Yellow Pages or they would work from a referral, however, these do not always provide current information about a company or even if the company is still trading.

Just Derbyshire aims to excel in this area by not only providing contact details that are geographically specific but also to include the contact details of the partner or director who specialises in business matters. We also include a map to ensure that the customer gets to you.

The cost of membership is a mere £30 (ex VAT) per annum and members can display a wealth of contact information, details of their business and any professional bodies or associations they are members of along with specific or specialist areas of interest.

At the request of our existing members, we've added some more Business Types, if you'd like to become a member of any of the existing Business Types, please contact us and one of our Account Managers will call you back to get further details.

We also bring exclusive services to the membership either free of charge or at a reduced rate. We encourage members to send us podcasts or short promotional videos for inclusion with their listings free of charge. We've just added Just Unlock, an invaluable service for members who use Microsoft Windows 2000, XP Home or Pro editions.

Just Derbyshire aims to give visitors looking for businesses in Derbyshire a business in a location of their choice and show them the business name, the primary contact (plus photo of that person or the business premises or the company logo), full postal address (with a link to Google™ Maps based on the postcode), telephone, fax, minicom, mobile, email, website address, introductory offers, memberships and associations and a description of the business and the services it offers and all in 3 clicks of the mouse.

Business Articles

We encourage our members to submit articles which impart useful information, usually relevant to their own business but of benefit to the business community, to the wider audience on the Business Articles page - this can also be used as a platform to promote your own company and their activities and can be in the style of an interview or as a basic article. Articles are regularly updated and older ones archived. We've just cleared down the archive so we're looking for suitable submissions.
